To the Clerk of the peace for the County of Middlesex or to
him Deputy.

Whereas it appears to us two of him Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex by the Affidavit ofThomas Hurry< no role > and David Outer line
That the said Thomas Hurry< no role > and David Outer line were bound in Recognizances
to Prosecute Peter Kennady at the General Sessions of the Peace held for the
County of Middlesex in April last for shealing a Peace of Beef of the value
of Ten Peace But that when the said Peter Kennady was Qariced before one
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx as they did not
sing any Paper a Writing and as the Justice seemed to make light of the offair
They did not Know nor did they apprehend or believe that they were bound
in any Recognizance to Prosecute the said Peter Kennady< no role > and that within
a few days after they entered into such Recognizances they went on Voyage
to sea and veily belive they was on a Voyage atsea the time the
Sessions Came on when the said Peter Kennady< no role > was to have been tried
And that it was not through any Willfull Neglect a Partiality that they
did not Peter a Bill of Indictment against the said Peter Kennady< no role > .

These are therefore to Authorize and require you to respite
and for bear Pestreating into his Majestys Count of Exchequer the
Recognizances where in the said Thomas Hurry< no role > and David Outer line< no role >
stand Cound to Prosecute the said Peter Kennady< no role > as above reciled
and for you so doing this shale be your Sufficient Wanant Given
under our Hands this 27thday of November 1767.
