Who being upon Oath says that he knows William Mallett< no role >
now present, Charles White< no role >
, John Williams< no role >
and Samuel Stephens< no role >
not yet taken, says that he has been concerned with the said
Mallett for about two Months in Picking of Pockets, and farther
says that between the hours of one and two in the Night of
Sunday last he this Informant together with all the
aforesaid fours Persons broke open the Shop of Mr. Peacock
in the Strand
and from thence Stole Thirty four Kings
now producedtoand divers other Goods, that the said
Stephens Sold part of them to a Jew of in Houndsditch
for
Thirteen Shillings as he said and that he this Informt.
had about 30 kings and some Strict Bucklee which
he desired his Mother to Lock up for him
