To wit

The Information of William Twyning< no role > of Ealing in the
County of Middlessex Labourer -taken before me John
Spinnage
< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said Countys City and Libertys

Who being upon his Oath Saith That his Mother Keep's the
house known by the Sign of the Feather's in Ealing aforesaid
ThatSaith That Thomas [..] Aylsbury< no role > came to be
Billeted on this Informants said Mother on Sunday Evening the
fifth day ofJulythis Instant July-Saith that the said
Thomas Aylsbury lay in the next Room to this Informant, and
that there was an open Communication between the Two Room's-
Saith, That he had in his breeches Pocket in the said Room in
the Morning of this 7th day of July, three Guineas in Gold and Two Shillings
and Six pence in Silver,-Saith That the said Thomas
Aylsbury after having been seen to go into this Informant, Room
went away from this Informants said Mother's house, And that as
soon as he was gone this Informant went to Search in his
Breeches Pocket to see if his money was there, but finding
that one Guinea was Gone part of the said mentioned money
this informant Persued and took the said Thomas Aylsbury
whom he has the Greatest Reason to Suspectto tookthe
said Guinea, and is Conform'd in his said Suspicion, because
there was a Small mark on one of the said Guinea's, which
Guinea was taken away and was found upon the said
Thomas Aylsbury at the time he this Informant with other
Assistance took him
