of Goswell Street Groces taken before
me this 5th.. day of May 1767

Who being upon Oath says that this day a Person now Present
she calls himself Robert Marshall< no role > Published to this Informant
as true a certain Warrant or Order for the delivery of Goods now
produced purporting to be the Warrant or Order of Joseph Deacon< no role >
of the Angel Inn Islington for the delivery of Tea and Sugars
that the said Marshall said he was Servant to the said Mr. Deacon
had lived with him him a fortnight and that the said Mr. Deacon
sent him for the goods further says that he verily believes
the said Order to he false Torged and Counterfeiled and
that it was Published with Intent to Defraud th [..] Informt.
