The Information of John Cook< no role >

Miles

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
John Cooke< no role > for himself saith that on or about the fifth
day of March last a Person now present who calls
herself Margaret Green< no role > and who then called herself
Hurt Published actine a Bill of Exchange to this Informant
now produced purporting to he the Bill of Exchange of
John Johnson< no role > from Kingston upon Kall dated 1st March
1767 upon James Fitzherbert< no role > Esquire Grecian Coffee House London in favour of Thomas
Wise
< no role > for the Sum of Thirty six pounds, Says that he sent
the aforesaid Thomas Miles< no role > his Servant to the Grecian
Coffee House to get the said Bill Accepted says he brought
the said Bill back to this Informant Accepted with the
Name James Fitzherbert< no role > as now produced and this Informt.
Thomas Miles< no role > for himself saith that [..] he carried the
aforesaid Bill to the Grecian Coffee House
agreeable to his Master's directions to get the samesaid Bill
Accepted by Mr. Fitzherbert that he was told there that
Mr. Fitzherbert expecting some Person to call on him
had left directions that he was to be found at Mr
Simpson's in Warwick Court Says he went that her
asked for Mr. Fitzherbert and that he was then
introduced to a Person now present who calls
himself Charles Pleasants< no role > , that he told him
