WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two of
His MAJESTY's Justices of the Peace for the County
of MIDDLESEX (one whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. LUKE , in the said County, That
Robert Massland< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his Wife
and their two Children namely James< no role > aged
about six Years and John< no role > aged about two years
have
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that they likely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of the said
[..] taken upon Oath
it further appeareth unto us, and we [..]
the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Robert
Massland

These are therefore in His MAJESTY's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey the
said Robert Massland< no role > his said Wife and two Children
from the said Parish of St. LUKES , to the said Parish of
Saint Giles in the fields and deliver them to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
the twenty sixth Day of May 17 67.

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of St. LUKE, in the County of MID-
DLESEX, and Saint Giles in the
fields in the said County
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
