Being ordered to Examine the Body of a New born
male Child found in a Necessary in the Parish of
St. Mathew's Bethnall Green
the following
observations occurrd.
That to all appearance let was a full
Grown Child having Mail on its Singers Soss
& Hair on its head
That the Navel String had been broke
or Tom off close top the Navel
That there was no further External
Injury
That on opening The shoray the viseera
appear'd in good order the Lungs appear'd
floud, & dilated wth Air on taking them out
they floated in Water wch. by anatomists is girras
ally deem'd a pro of that the Children born alive
It likewise appears from the Circumstan
of the Naval string being broke off close to
the Body that the loss of Blood was the Immediate
Occasion of the Chiles Death & that that Circumstan
Might happen from the Womans being [..]
Suddenly taken in Labour in the at the Necessary
or in the Chamber in the first place falling on the
Soil or in the 2d. on the floor in the Chamber
all severaly taken acknowledg'd
