At the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate holden
for the County of Middlesex on Wednesday the seventeenth
day of December 1766

Whereas James Wilton< no role > hath at this Present
Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosection of
Richard Dolley< no role > And the said
Richard Dolley< no role > having prayed to be
allowed for his Expences and Loss of time in the said Prosecution
which this Court doth think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the
said Richard Dolley< no role > the Sum of
Eleven Shillings for hissaid Expences and loss of time
