Lodged with Mrs. Collins till about three Weeks ago
That she is his MotherThat he knew nothing of
the Child's Death till last Sunday Noon his Mother told him of it
That then he Look'd at the Child and seeing a Mark upon her Eye
Informant Ask'd her how the Deceased Came by that And
sheMrs Collins told him by affall [..] two Bedsteads Occasioned by
an Fair BroomThat Mrs. Collins Desired him to get
a good neat Coffin for the ChildThat he Ordered it on
Monday and it was brought in by Informant himself about
Nine oClock that EveningThat Informant put
the Deceased in the Coffin as soon as he brot. it Home
And then the Skin upon the Arm was not off below the
Wrist [..] BonebelowThat it was such Swell'd upon the Hand
That Informant Lived with his Mother during the whole
time the Deceased was with her except the last fortnight
And he never saw her Correct the Deceased Otherwise than
with a Cane or a Red
That she Died Sunday Morn.

That his Brother Informed him on Sunday last that the Deceased
was DeadThat he went on that day to his Mothers
and Looked at the Deceased and Observed to his Mother the
Marks upon her FaceThat he Ask'd how it Came
And his Mother told him the Deceased had fell down between
Two BedsteadsAnd That she Died Sunday Morning
about Ten or Eleven

All the above Informations were severally
Taken and Acknowledged the Day and Year
and at the Place first above Written before me
