within the County of the
City of London
of One William Wallis< no role >
for five Months being the
remainder of a Term the said Wallis had therein and for which the
said John Fell< no role >
agreed to Pay the said William Wallis< no role >
the Sum of
Four Pounds and the said John Fell< no role >
came with his Family to
Settle in the said house and remained in the same the said five Months
and a short time over and the said house was at such time of the
said John Fells< no role >
taking and entring on the [..] worth To be let
Ten Pounds by the Year This Court doth allow the said
Appeal And doth thereupon vacate and quash the aforesaid
Order of Removal and the same is hereby vacated and quashed
accordingly And this Court doth Order that the said Poor
Woman and her said Children above named be forthwith sent
back and delivered by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
together
with this Order or a Copy thereof unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mathew Bethnall
Green
who are hereby required to receive and provide for them
untill they can free themselves from the charge thereof by due
course of Law.
