At the Delivery of the King's Gaol of New gate holden for the County of
Middlesex on Wednesday the twenty Second day of October 1766

Whereas Eleanor< no role > the Wife of John Powell< no role > hath at this Present
Sessions been convicted of Felony at the Prosecution of Hewit
Clarkson< no role > And the said Hewit Clarkson having Prayed to be Allowed
for his Expences and Loss of time in the said Prosecution which this
Court doth think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by this
Court that the Treasurer of this County do for the with Pay to the said
Hewit Clarkson the Sum of Eleven Shillings for his said Expences
and Loss of time
