Complained to Us two of the Justices of the Peace
for the County aforesaid that

Apprentice
hath misbehaved himself in his
Service and hath
misbeabsented himself from
his Service without Licence And the said
Master hath brought him before us by
Virtue of the Warrant of
Joseph Girdler< no role >

One other of the said Justices for the Causes
of Complaint abovementioned And the said
Apprentice being present before us and the
said Master now consenting that the said
Apprentice may be discharged from his
Apprenticeship and Service and the said
Apprentice being desirous of being so dis=
charged Which we are of opinion will
be for their mutual Benefit We
therefore do hereby as far as in us
lyes Absolutely discharge the said

thing in the Indenture now produced
and bearing date the first Day of November
1759. (the Consideration Money therein Mention'd
being no more than Three Pounds) contained
to the contrary thereof notwithstanding
