at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County On Monday

Indicted for making an Assault upon Mary< no role > Wife of John Rouse< no role > at the
same Parish To which Indictment the said John Jacobs Prunk< no role >
hath not as yet Appeared or pleaded Dated the Second day of
