in Obtaining [..] Goods under false pretences
contrary to the Statute is Ordered to be Transported to
some of his Majestys Colonies or Plantations in
America for the Term or space of Seven Years
And he is Commd. to his Majestys Gaol Newgate
until he shall be Trasported accordingly

making an Assault upon Mary Duncan< no role > Spinster
with intent the said Mary feloniously to Ravish &
carnally to know and Abuse is Committed to the
House of Corr. at Clerkenwell there to remain without
Bail or Mainprize for the space of 3 Months & he is
to be put in & upon the Pillory at Bow in this County
for the space of one hour between the hours of 12 in the forenoon and Two in
the afternoon & he is to remain in the sd. prison untill
he is under [..]

Committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
there to remain without Bail or Mainprize for the
space of one Month And to be privately whipped in
the said prison & dd paying her Fees 4s.

Outhouse called a Hot house in the Garden of Joseph

mainprize for the space of 14 days and then to be dd
paying his Fees 12s.8d.
