Take Notice that I shall appear at the General Sessions of the
Peace to be held by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in &
for the County of Middlesex on Saturday next being the Fourteenth Day of
December instant at eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day
and then & there plead Guilty to the Indictment by you preferred against
me for an assault Dated the twelfth Day of December 1765
