Richard Smith< no role > of Lime house Corner Surgeon Saith That he
hath Examined the said Child and Opened itThat
all the Internal Parts appear in a Sound State

That as for as he can form any Judgment no Violence
hath been Done to itThat there is no unerring
Method to form an Opinion whether or not the
Child was born aliveThat it appears to be at its
full youthThat there appears to be no Ligature
on its Navel Sting But it being is some Degree
Putrified he cannot say whether or not it was still born
And that he Beleives it might be born three or four days and
