the Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County by Adjournment
on Thursday the eighth Day of March 1764

It is ordered by this Court that Philip Griffin< no role > the
Master within mentioned have Notice of this Appeal and
that he and all Parties concerned do attend this Court on
Thursday next at nine of the Clock in the Afternoon of the same
Day and then and there to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the Masters contained
in the said Appeal.
