Who being severally on Oath say and first the said Daniel
Hahn for himself saith that on the third day of August last
about ten o Clock in the Evening this Informant Peter Sykes< no role >

& another Woman were attacked in a Field near the Kings
Highway by three Men in Soldiers Habits & this Informant
was robbed by them of a Metal Watch twogoldPieces of Gold
Coin of the Value of six Shillings & nine Pence each & some
Silver but the Quantity this Informant cannot toll this Informant
saith that he verily beleives two Persons now present who
call themselves James Whem< no role >
& James Collins< no role >
were the Persons
who attacked & robbed this Informant And this Informant
Peter Sykes< no role >
for himself saith that at the same time the Informant
was attacked by there Men in Soldiers Habits one of whom Struck
him with & Stick & this Informant defending himself Knocked
him down & one of the other Soldiers came up with a drawn
Sword & gave him a dangerous Wound just above his right Eyes
& then robbed him of a gold Watch & a Hat & this Informant saith
that a Hat & a gold Watch now produced are this Informant's
Property of which he was robbed as aforesaid & saith that
he verily beleives that the said James Whem & James Collins< no role >
are two of the Persons who robbed him as aforesaid And this
Informant Sarah to at for herself saith that at the same time she was attacked
knocked down & robbed of two Shillings & a Key & saith that she took
particular notice of the Persons it being a very light Night & she
is positive that the said James Wham< no role >

are two
of the Persons who attacked & robbed this Informant & the said
