Zachariah Hollier< no role > for himself saith on the Evening & placeasaforesd.
& the lay aforesaidthis Informant being out with the [..] said Samuel Clay< no role > This name instance is in set 4652.
High Court able to execute a Search Warrant this Informant in the
field aforesaid heard an Outery & saw three Soldiers run & being told
by one of the beforementioned Men that they had been robbed & there
Were the Persons he with other Persons pursued them they ran
along by the Side of a Ditch & in the Ditch this Informant
discovered the said James Whem< no role > & James Collins< no role > but the third
Person made his Escape & near the place where the said James When< no role >
& James Collins< no role > had concealed themselves were found the that & Watch
now produced And the said William Halfpenny < no role > for himself saith
that on the Evening & place aforesaid this Informant being out with
the said Samuel Clay< no role > This name instance is in set 4652. High Constable to execute the said Warrant
this Informant heard an Outery saw three Men run & did not loose
Sight of them till they suddenly disappeared & this Informant immediately
she argued they were dropped in the Ditch & their Informant came up
to the Place where he lost Sight of them he found thes said James
whom & James Collins< no role > conecaled in a wet Ditch & near up to
then middles & saith that the Hat & Watch now produced were
near them & also a Sword drawn And the said Michael Sprague< no role >
for himself saith that he was out [..] as one of the Officers to execute
the said Search Warrant & heard the Outery as aforesaid & pursued
after the said three Men jumped into the Ditch & with others secured
the said James Collin< no role > & James Whom & near them were found
the said Watch Hot be Sword And the said Samuel Clay< no role > This name instance is in set 40714652. for
himself saith that many Robberies having been committed in the
Fields near Pancras he was on the Night aforesaid in Execution
of a Search Warrant & heard the Outery as before described & a
Pursuit being made after three Men then said to have robbed the
Persons before mentioned this Informant came up to the Ditch
where the said James whom & James Collins< no role > were concealed &
near them were found the said Watch that & Sword And the said
Richard Gay< no role > for himself saith that he was one of the
Officers out in the Execution of the said Search
Warrant & heard the Outery in the Fields aforsaid
& followed in the Pursuit of the said three Men & discovered
