Contractor for Passing of
Vagrants the Sum of Four Pounds two Shillings and Seven
pence in full of his Account for Subsistance of Vagrants
to this Day And that the Receipt of the said Mr. Adams
together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge
to the said Treasurer
for such Payment
