At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks's
Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday
the Twelfth Day of July in the Second year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster in this County have Notice of this
Petition and Appeal and that they and all persons concerned
do attend this Court on Thursday next at Ten of the Clock in
the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and Determination
of the said Court touching the said Appeal
