To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled.

The Humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the
said County

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Thomas Kynaston< no role > and Benjamin Cox< no role > Esqrs.
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 18th day of June
1762 Martha Baker< no role > , Singlewoman was removed from the Parish
of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County as the place
of her last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think
themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will please to
appoint a time for hearing and determining the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned may them
Attend.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray, Etc.
