Patrick Conway< no role > of the Parish of St. Clement Danes
in the County of Middx Victualler maketh Oath That he
this Depont. was at the last Sessions of the Peace
held for the said County Indicted for making an Assault
upon Robert Critchlove< no role > to which Indictment this Depont.
pleaded not guilty at the said Sessions and outred into
Recognizance to prosecute his Traverse within the first
three days of this present Sessions And this Dept.
further saith that he hath made strick and diligent
enquiry after the said Robert Critchlove< no role > in order to
serve him with Notice of Trial at this Sessions but
this Depont. has not been able nor can he find
out the Place of abode of the said Robert Critchlove< no role >
