that her feet became bloody from the consequences of her being in, Labor & the floor blooded by her getting out of Bed, says
she demanded the they of the Trunk of her, & she readily
gavetook it sat of her pocket under her pillow & thing at on the Bed & the
Witness took it into her own Custody & sent for Mr. Wright
the Constable & gave him the Key to go up & Search That
the Constable took assistance with him & one Sarah Clarke< no role >
a Friends Maid, & she went into the next room, which they
Search'd the Maids Room & Trunk where she child was
found Says the door where the Maid lies hath not Lock
or fastning on the inside, & would open by the Air, That
on the 6th. of April her Maid complain'd of being ill & of
a stopage of Nature & therefore she bolted the door the
day before out of Tenderness & for no other reason Says That
upon her suspecting her Maid to be wth. Child she charged
her with it & she always desired her being so & what confirms
the Witness in her Relief that she was not so, is That a
Friend of hers at her request Exaied her & she informed
the Witness she believ;d she was not wth. Childher Friend
Name is Curghey & hath been a Mother

great strain & believed she was with ChildSays she charged

she went up to her & ask'd her how she did, she said she
was betterSays she then lifted up the bed Cloaths as she set
up in the Bed, & she saw what she disliked, & then asked
