Oath that She this Depont. on the 16th. Day of this Instant April was
personally Served with the notice hereunto annexd at her house near
Grays Inn Lane in the County of Midddx by a person whose name is
unknown to this Depont. and the sd. person desired this Depont. to deliver
the said notice to this Depont. husband as soon as hethis Depont.came her
And this Depont further Saith that pursuant to the sd. notice this Depont
with her husband & other witnesses Attended this Honble Court on
Wednesday last being the tewnty first Day of April instant in order to
be examinened & to give Evidence for & on behalf of the prosecutor
together with the Attorney & Council concerned & retained for & on
behalf of the sd. Prosecutor And this Depont. Saith that the Traverse
of the sd. Indictmt. is not yet Tryed but is still Depending
