Take notice that I will appear at the
General asSession of Oyer and Terminer
to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in and for the County of Middx by
adjournment on Wednesday the twenty first
day of April instant at nine of the Clock
in the Forenoon and then and there plead
not guilty to and at the same time try my
Traverse on the Indictment by you found
against me and others for a Riot and Assault Dated
this sixteenth day of April 1762.
