The Information of Cath Spence< no role > & Richd Peers< no role > taken
before me one of his Majesty Justices
of the peace for the said County

Who being Sevl. on Oath say & first this Inf Catherine
Spence
< no role > for herself saith that a Person now Present
who calls herself Eliz Deadman< no role > otherwise Pooley< no role > [..]
[..] lodged with this Inf and this Inf further saith
that about four hours ago she mised Two Guineas &
three Shillgs. & a Pair of Silver Buckles which
Buckles she confessed she had pawned with Mr Hull
in Belton Street (but said she pawned them by the
Concert of the sd. Catherine) which this Inf declares to be false And this Inf Rech Peers< no role >
for himself saith that he recived of the sd. Mr Hull
a Pair of Silver Buckles now produced by their
Ins: which the sd. Mr Hull told this Ins the sd. Elz had
Pawned [..] within him And this Inf Cath
Spence for herself saith that the sd. Silver Buckles
now produced are her property & stole from her
as she bels. also the sd. Gold & Silver as by the sd. Ely Deadman< no role >
