To wit

The Information of Paul Fisher Savigny of Mr
Elger's Silver Turner in Hunts Court Castle Street ,
taken before me this 8th. Day of Janry 1762.

Paul Fisher Savigny< no role > being on Oath says that he was Marryed to
a Person new present whose Names is Eve Deneie in the Months of March
1759. in the Parish Church of St. Martin in the Fields according to
the Rites and Ceremonys of the Church of England, And this Informt.
Says that after Living with the said Eve Deneio< no role > as his Wife for above a
Year, this Informt. was told that John Deneio< no role > the real husband of the
said Eve, was at the time of this Informants Marriage with the
said Eve, then Living, And says that he this Informt. has seen the said
John Deneio< no role > alive within this Twelve Months last past, And further
says that he went to the Fleet this Morning and obtained a Certificate
of the Marriage of John Deneio< no role > and Eve Le Fabore< no role > now Eve Deneio.

Jane Padilope< no role > Corner of Orange Court in Swallow Street , being
upon Oath says that above for Years agoe the went in Company
with John Deneio< no role > and Eve his Wife to the Fleet , and was present
when the said two Persons were Marryed, And says that the has
seen the said John Deneio alive within this Twelve Month,
