Diot Street .
touching the death of Jno. Green< no role > Hugh Kennon< no role >

Jane < no role > the Wife of Jno. Stewart< no role > of Diot Street
Taylor . That last Night about 7. She was going down
Diot Stret & at the Corner of Mr. Seals House under the
Lamp she Observ'd a Man & a Woman that the
Woman had held of the Mans [..] Conducting of
him over the Channel she saw and Empty Cart drawn
with two or three Horses Coming out of St. Giles's into
Diot Street very fast is lashing the Horse-he was on
the right sides of his Horses-That the Man led by
the Woman was before the Horses & the Witness
called out to the Driver for Gods sake Stop after
this she saw the Driver lash his Horses, but is not
certain he heard her Cry out-that he drove on, &
she saw the Off which Go over the trend or the Neck
of the dreed-That the Body never afterwds: Moved
Wert into Mr. Scots at the Corner & gave Notice.
Says she believes the Poor than who was blind & led
by his Wife, in endeavoring to got out of the Way Slipt
& full Says she was within 5 or 6 of Yards of
the Driver when she called, for Gods sake Stop, &
verily believes he did not hear her, for he made
no Answr. Says there is a Lamp at Mr. Scots the
Corner of Diot Street wch. was the side the Witness was
on, but near on the other side of the Street wch. was
the side the Driver was on & says the was in great
danger herself & Thinks it not the Drivers fault
she was not in the same Condition for he did not Try
to Stop his Horses.
