That Conner the Man then collar'd the deced & with his
Knee struck him in the Front, & forced him again towards
the place the deced was before inThat Mr. Farrel
hearing the Noise came out of the Kitchin into the room
& insisted upon the deceds going out of his House & if
he did not he would pass him outThat Connor &
the deced still continued Wrangling & then Farrel
laid hold on the deced & endeavor'd to put him out
That they both strugled togr. & in the Scuffle Farrel
throw'd the deced on his back on the Stairs & Farrel
was over him for sometimes. That the Witness & his
Uncle endeavor'd to Go to part them but were Prevented
by the Women in their CompanyThat the deced was
soon after out of Doors in the Street & Farrel with him
did not see him turn'd outbut saw the deced on
his back in the Kennel & Farrel had hold of him
but did not see Farrel strike him or Kick himThat
the Witness then laid hold of Farrel & said to him
come oft & dont Murder him quiteThat the Witness
& Farrel then came into the House & Farrel related
how troublesome the deced was & the Witness confirm'd
it & said the deced was very troublesome & might have
been quiet with civil Words. Says he Saw no more of
the deced till the next Morning when the Witness
going to see his Uncle found the deced undress'd in
his Uncles BedSays the deced was a relation to
his AuntSays the deced being ask'd how he did
Complain'd he was very bad in his Belly & desired some
BearThat the Witness's Uncle dress'd him & they went
togr. to Mr. Farrel for where he reced his Hurt he ought
to Go & have his CureSaw no more of the deced
