taken before me this 10th. Day of April 1761.

Who being on Oath Says That a Person now present who calls
himself Simon Pash< no role > came to this Informants House on Monday Night
last and been owed of this Informant Ten Guneas and then and
here published as true a Bill of Exchange drawn by Thos. Glynner< no role >
Sir Richd: Heare< no role > or order on light payable to this Informant John Simpole< no role > or
order for ten Guineas and dated April 6. 1761. directed to the Honble: Sir Richd: Heare< no role > Fleet Street
that this Informant on Inquiry finds the said Bill of Exchange to be false on forged
and that the said Simon Push< no role > published it with Intent to defraud this
Informant well knowing the same to be false as this Informant believes
