maketh Oath and Saith that the abovenamed
Defendt. John Watson< no role >
being indicted at the General Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the Month of October last This
Depont.& One Lawrence Doran< no role >
Sometime afterwards in the same Month of
October became Bail Before Justice Wrighte for the said Defendts.appearing and
pleading to the said Indictment at the next General Quarter Session of the peace for
the said and City & Liberty which was held in January last And this Depont. saith that
tho' the said Defendt. has been often importuned by this Depont. & the said Lawrence Doran< no role >
in
this Deponts. hearing to comply with their said Recognizance &appear & plead to the said
Indictment accordingly yet the said Defendt. could never be prevailed on do it and on
the Contrary this Depont. saith that the said Defendt. hath sold off his Goods & Furniture
and hath in this Deponts. hearing declared he would shortly set for Ireland which
this Depont. verily belives he will do unless the said Deft is apprehended by
proper Means granted for that Purpose in behalf of his Bail
