Yeoman Severally Make Oath and Say That these
Deponents were Assaulted and Stabbed with a
Sword by one of the above Debts Neil Mc. Nie
And that they these Defts verily believe the
above Defts were all Aiding and Assisting in the
said Assault and Riot And they these Deponts.
Severally Say that they were under Terms of
Compromising the said Affair And these Deponents
further Severally Say that they Expected for
have heard from the above Defendants which
was the Sale Motive and Reason that they
these Deponents didnotCarry on the Prosecution
agst. the above said Defendants
