The Information of Sarah< no role > wife Tho Leeke< no role > taken
before me on of this Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the sd. County.

Who being upon Oath saith that a Person now Present
who calls here If Mary Ley< no role > wholived as a Ser. with this
Inf and this Inf having Occasion to go up stair Yesterday
in the afternoon ten left the Key of the Shop on a Table
[..] and upon coming down stairs into the Kitchen the
found a Cap on the floor whereupon this Inf Suspected
some Goods had being taking out of her Shop and
according searched the sd. Mary & [..] and
the Kitchen where the sd. Mary lay< no role > & in and about
her bed this Inf found a Gause handkerchief several
Caps and others things and this Ins further saith that
the verily but the sd. Mary stole the sd: things &
no other Person.
