Whereof the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James
Westmr. in the County of Middx at this General Session of the Peace holden for the
I did Countyof Middxexhibited their Petition and Appeal to this Court Setting forth
that by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands & Seals of
Jo. D. Birkhead and James Clitherow< no role > to Esqrs. her of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the sd. County of Middx bearing date the 21st. day of October last
James Dibble< no role > Mary < no role > his Wife andhistheir two Children (to wit) Sarah < no role > aged one
year and upwards and Daniel < no role > aged about three Months were moved fromto thefrom
[..] the Parish of Twickenham in the sd. County of Middx to the sd. Parish of St.
James Westmras the place of their last legal Settlemt. where by the Petrs.
conceived themselves to be aggrieved Now upon hearing of what was
Alledged by Mr Stow and Mr Lane of Council for the
Appellants as also of Mr Serjeant Hayward of Council for the Respondents
This Court dothAllow of the above said Appeal and doth
Vacate and discharge the Aforesaid Order of the said two
Justices of the Peace and the Same is here Vacated and discharged
Accordinglyand this Court dothFurther Order that the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James
do forthwith Convey and Deliver the said James Dibble< no role > his
said Wife and Children Unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Twickenham or One of them with
a Copy of this [..] Order who are hereby Required to Receive
and Provide for them [..] until
they can they can
free themselves from the Charge there of by due
Course of Law
