At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King Holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in the said County on
Monday the 14th. day of January in the thirty third
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Saith Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in
this County have Notice of this Petition and Appeal, and that they
and all persons concerned Do Attend this Court at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the County aforesaid on Thursday next at ten of
the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
