Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of

of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfth day
of December 1759

Year and upwards were removed from the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in
the place of their last legal Settlement; Whereby Your
Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to this
Court against the same; And
Therefore Pray that this Court will please
to Appoint a time for hearing and Determining
the said Appeal; And to Order that all
persons concerned may then Attend.
