County of Middlesex Brazier (the prosecutor of this Indictmt.)
maketh Oath that in the later End of the Month of May last
or the begining of last June this Depont. having Obtained a
Warr. agt. the above Defendts. for a Misdemeanour, Re [..]
The this Depont. caused them both to be [..]
before Justice Cox one of the magistrates for this County [..]
who bound both the sd. Defts ever in Recognizance to appear
at this Court to Answer the sd. Complaint of this Depont. at the
the then next Ensueing sessions, And this Depont. Saith That
he did at the sd. next then Ensueing sessions attend the Grand
Jury for this County and Caused a Bill of Indictmt. to be
preferred and found agt. the sd. Defts. for an assault & Resane
and To which said Indictmt. this Depont. is Informed by
his Attorney and verily believes to be true they the said
Defendts. have need yet Pleaded, Notwithstanding such
their Recognizance so Entred into for that purpose
before the said Mr. Cox in the Month of June or May
last as above sett forth by him this Depont. as aforesd.

Sworn the 24th. day of October 1758.
in open Court at Hicks's Hall in the
County aforesaid.
