Take Notice That I will appear at the next Quarter Sessions of
the Peace to be Holden at Hickshall in Saint John Street in and for the
County of Middlesex by Adjournment on Wednesday the twenty fifth day of this
Instant October at Eleven of the Clock in the forenoon and will then and
there Try my Traverse upon the Indictment by you found against me for
a misdemeaner in receiving stolen Good knowing them to be stolen. Dated the 21st. day of October 1758
