James Denton< no role > of the parish of St. Giles in the Feilds
in the County of middx maketh Oath that he this Depont
was Bail for the Appearance of the said John Wynne< no role >
in this Honourable Court in or about May Sessions
last and that the said Wynne hath since Gone Down
to portsmouth about Some necessary Business as this
Depont. hath been informed and verily believes and
will not return as this Deponent also believes
till Some Time in the month of December next
