County of middx Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith That Elizabeth
Watson
< no role > is a material Witness for him this Deponent on the Tryal
of this Cause And he this Depont. cannot Safely proceed to tryal
therein without the Testimony of the said Elizabeth Watson< no role >
And this Dept. further saith that the said Elizabeth Watson< no role > now
Absconds upon Account of Debt as this Deponent verily
believes He this Depont. having made Diligent Inquiry after
the said Elizabeth Watson< no role > in Order to [..] have had her testimony at
This present Sessions And this Dept. furher Saith that he
has inquired at the Lodgings of the said Elizabeth Watson< no role >
when he was informed that she was not to be found and
this Dept lastly saith. That he will Do his utmost
Endeavours in Order to bring the said Elizabeth Watson< no role >
to Give Evidence on his Behalf at the Sessions next ensuing
