Maketh Oath and Saith That Elizabeth

is a material Witness for him this Deponent on the Tryal
of this Cause And he this Depont. cannot Safely proceed to tryal
therein without the Testimony of the said Elizabeth Watson< no role >

Absconds upon Account of Debt as this Deponent verily
believes He this Depont. having made Diligent Inquiry after

when he was informed that she was not to be found and
