of Middlesex Victualler and John Kennedy< no role > of Tower Street near the
Seven Dials Weaver Severally Make Oath and Say And first this
Deponent John Mignot for himself Saith That the said Defondant
Matthias Comhaire having as he informed this Deponent some particular
Business to Transdet and likewise an intention of Selling some Houses
which belonged to him at Leige in Germany and at Maestrick in
Flanders the said Defendant in the Month of July last Set out for that
Purpose and told this Deponent he should Return time enough to
Appear to the Indictment Preferred against him in this Cause And this
Deponent John Kennedy< no role > for himself Saith That he Saw the said Defendt.
severally times at Liege in Germany and Particularly about five Weeks
since when thisdefendantdeponent Asking the said defendant when he should
Return to England he told this deponent he could not exactly tell a [..]
