Gentn. Maketh Oath and saith That the Deft. being
Indicted at the last Sessions holden at Hicks hall
in and for the County of Middx for an Assault [..]

Deft. appeared and pleaded at the said last session [..]
and Entred into a Recognizance for the Tryal of this
Indictment at this present Sessions And this Deponent
further saith That by the Defendts. directions he
was preparing for his defence and Tryal at this
present Sessions But was this day informed That
notwithstanding Defendt. had Entred into such
Recognizance this Indictment could not be Tryed
for want of giving the prosecutors two days Notice
of [..] such intended Tryal which this Deponent
is [..] informed is now too ate to be done
so as to proceed to Tryal at this present
sessions.
