Oath that her said husband Thomas Been< no role > has for
near three Weeks last past been Afflicted with a
Dangerous fit of illness and has been Confined [..]
Bed by means thereof during all that time and
is Confined to his Bed at this Present time, So
that he is thereby Rendered utterly incapable (without
Endangering his Life) of Attending this Court in Order
to Take his Tryal at this Sessions upon the Indictment
Preferred against him by the above named Elizabeth Minors< no role >
the Prosecutrix in this Cause for an Assault
