Robert Melvni< no role > of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex Cabinet Maker; One of the prosecutors
in this Cause Maketh Oath and Saith, That he this Dept.
did on Wednesday last being the 24th. of this Instant October [..]
personally attend this Worshipfull Court pursuant to the [..]
hereunto annex it; and that neither of the above Named Defts.
did then proceed to Try their Traverses upon the Indictment
preferred agt. them at the Instance of the prosecutors and
prosecutrix above named, pursuant to the Sd: Notice hereunto
annex't; And this Deponent Further Saith that he hath
been credibly Informed (and wch [..] Information this Dept.
verily believes to be true) That no Venire was returned for
the Defts. in this Cause; or the Cause Set down in the [..]
of Causes on Wednesday last; wch according to the Constant
rules & practice of this Worshipfull Court ought to have
been done
