To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace Assambled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of George Wrighte< no role > and Richard Manley< no role > Esquire two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr
bearing date the fifth day of August last Elizabeth Wild< no role > Widow
is Removed from the said parish of St Margaret Westminster to
the said Parish of Kensington as the place of her Legal Settlement

Your Petitioner therefore humbly
Concerning them Selves Aggreived by the
Judgment of the said Justices Do hereby
humbly Appeal to this Court for such
Relief in the Premises as to your Worship
shall seem Meet

And your Petitioners shall ever
Pray Etc

At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
in and for the County of Middlesex holden at Hicks hall in St John
street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Eleventh day of September
in the fifty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lordthe King
George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the Year of our Lord
1758

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St.James Margaret Westminster in this
County have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all persons
