At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King for the
County of Middx holden at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
on Monday the eleventh day of September in the thirty Second year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the
Year of our Lord 1758

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster
in this County have Notice of this Petition and Appeal And that they
and all persons concerned to Attend this Court on Friday next
at nine of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement
and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
