The humble petition of John Stone< no role >

Sheweth

That your petition on was bound Apprentice
about the Space of two years ago to John Tompkins< no role > Waterman
and that Diving the said Term he has been ill used by his
said Master by beating and assaulting him at Divers
Times Whereby he is readed incapable of following
any Manner of Business

Your Petr Therefore humbly prays
Mr. Worships that he may be Discharged
from his said Apprenticeship or otherwise
as to your Worships shall Seem meet

And Yr. Petr. shall ever pray Etc
