Rogues and
Vagabonds were found wandering an Broad and begging in
the
Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
in the said Liberty
not having a Legal Settlement there And Whereas the said
Esther Price< no role >
& Richard Hornby< no role >
were brought before me one
of his Majesty Justices of the peace for the said City & Liberty

) in order to be dealt with according to Law
These are therefore to require you the
said High Constable
to pay unto the said John Lewis< no role >
for
apprehending the said Vagrants the Sum of Twenty Shillings
(being Ten Shillings for each Vagrant) pursuant to the
Statute in that case made and provided, Given under
my Hand & Seal this 9th: day of December 1757.
