Daniel Harrison< no role > his Executors Admors. or Assigns the full Sum of Twelve Pounds
of lawfull Money of this Kingdom for & as a Rent or satisfaction to him and them
for the Liberty & use of the said Ground as & for a Laystall for one whole Year
from the said Five & Twentieth Day of March Instant which Sum of Twelve
Pounds We do judge to be a Moderate & reasonable Satisfaction for the same
The same to be paid half Yearly at Michelmas 1758 & Lady Day then next ensuing
And we do hereby further Order that neither the said Scavengers nor Raker
nor any of them shall door permit to be Done any wilfull Damage to the Water
Pipes belonging to the New River Company which are placed in the said piece
of Ground but shall make full satisfaction for such Damage as shall be done
Given under one Hands & Seals in the sd: Petty Sessions the sd: 11th: Day of March
1758
